Cancer is not a death sentence, but you must change your diet to live

If you’ve been diagnosed with cancer and find it difficult to cope, don’t fret. It’s not a death sentence as once feared.

If you’ve been diagnosed with cancer and find it difficult to cope, don’t fret. It’s not a death sentence as once feared. There are ways to avoid it and methods to treat it. According to the National Institute of Health, the cost of treating cancer exceeds $160 billion dollars a year and continues to rise daily. But, again, don’t be alarmed.  

In cancer discussions, I’ve found that a diet change and lifestyle change don’t support the $7 billion-plus a year that industry giants rake in from chemo and radiation treatments. With over one million expected to be diagnosed with cancer this year, there has to be a way to combat this dreaded disease.

It seems every year that more money is being raised for research, but the rate of death keeps increasing with no answer ever given. It goes without saying that a good diet is essential to maintaining good health. When cancer is discovered, a good diet and lifestyle change must be stressed and followed at all cost.

Cancer arises when the body lacks protein-digesting enzymes, oxygen at the cellular level, when its chemistry is too acidic, and when the body is deficient in a little known food factor called nitriloside. These are deficiencies that cannot be corrected with drugs.

On the other hand, an individual can do a lot to change the way the body is nourished. Chemotherapy, radiation and surgery will sometimes get rid of a malignant tumor, but these treatments most times buy the patient extra time after a diagnosis has been made. Five years added to your life may seem like a success. Right?

Well, it depends on what you consider to be a success. The treatments do not eliminate the underlying cause of cancer. It’s a process. The individual must make it his or her business to alter or disrupt the very underlying process. When one gets the first indication of cancer, it is very important to change your diet and lifestyle.

Reversing cancer or slowing its ravaging effect on the body begins with a diet filled with green leafy vegetable juice – kale greens, turnip greens, collard greens, chard greens. Drink at least 5 to 6 ounces of this concoction at least 5 to 6 times a day. Remove and stop eating all sugars, honey, white flour, and all processed foods, because these foods enhance the growth of cancer cells.

While it may seem a bit extreme, you also have to give up eating all meat including pork, beef, fish, chicken, turkey, and all pasteurized dairy including cheese. By doing this, you will create an alkaline body, which will heal and kill cancer cells. Remember, the aforementioned types of food becomes acidic and use up its scarce supply of protein digesting enzymes that are desperately needed to help destroy cancer cells.

It’s also important to eat raw vegetables and fruits, such as blackberries, blueberries and papayas that are rich in nitriloside. Getting enough exercise on a daily basis along with adequate rest, pure water and meditation is a must too. Why are these things so crucial? It disrupts the process of cancer. The body chemistry needs to be less acidic, more alkaline, and both oxygen and enzyme rich.

Cancer can only thrive where body chemistry is highly acidic and where there is a deficiency of oxygen in the cells. There is no better way to begin correcting this than highly alkaline fresh deeply green vegetable juice and eating and lots of raw vegetables. We must especially deny cancer cells their main source of energy: carbohydrates and processed foods.

Dr. John Bead, a Scottish scientist, proved that cancer can thrive when there is a scarcity of protein digesting enzymes. But the remedy to this is eating raw vegetable and fruits and introducing digesting enzymes into the body while also normalizing the body’s acid or alkaline balance.

Dr. Bead’s research has shown that following a strict diet, the body can strengthen its immune system, which is the key to preventing and overcoming cancer.
