The Atlanta Business League presents the 2012 “Men of Influence” Legacy Award posthumously to former publisher of the Atlanta Daily World, Cornelius A. Scott. His daughter, Portia A. Scott, receives the award.  Presenting the award Tuesday, July 24, at a reception at the downtown Marriott Marquis are Thomas W. Dortch Jr., chairman of the Atlanta Business League Board and Leona Barr-Davenport, president and CEO of ABL.
