(PRNewswire) – Ampro Industries, Inc. – manufacturer of Ampro Pro Styl®, the No. 1 Gel in the U.S. – is making Mickey 'MeMpHiTz' Wright Jr. the face of PomWave, the newest addition to the Shine 'n Jam® product line.
Ampro Industries, Inc. is a Memphis-based manufacturer of multi-cultural hair care and beauty products. PomWave is a styling pomade for men that Ampro pitches as uniquely "free of wax, petroleum, grease and silicones ... alcohol, parabens, sulfates and dyes...."
"To say I'm elated at the opportunity to team up with Ampro once again would be an understatement. This new, greaseless wave pomade is an amazing product that I am using daily now to maintain and optimize the appearance of my natural wave pattern," said MeMpHiTz.
"Because PomWave doesn't contain any silicones or petroleum, not only do I get the best look and natural shine possible, but it washes out easily and allows my scalp to breathe unlike other pomades I've used in the past."
Tricia Snead, Ampro's vice president of marketing, considers MeMpHiTz the perfect man to help bring PomWave to the world.
"He's known for his trend-setting ideas and for introducing new art and new artists," said Snead. "MeMpHiTz is a man of fresh ideas ... our Shine 'n Jam PomWave is a fresh addition to the men's market that we know they'll love."

After signing T-Pain and other successful acts, MeMpHiTz got a distribution deal with Jive and became the C.E.O. of his own group, Hitz Committee.
Husband of reality TV star, Toya Wright, MeMpHiTz isn't new to the television game. He started as host of "The Deal," the descendant of BET's "Rap City," along with DJ Diamond Kuts. Currently formulating his own entity, #DoWork. Enterprises, his recent work has resulted in his artist, Key Swag 3000, being signed to LA Reid at Epic Records, a successful clothing line and reports of a new reality TV show.
